Solve short English or Korean crosswords from simple clues, one stage at a time.

Word Quiz is a crossword game that runs in the browser. The game is titled Crossword Quiz and starts in Korean. Tap the EN button for English puzzles, or KO to switch back. The early stages each have a small grid with 14 numbered Across and Down clues, such as "Frozen water" or "A tool used to open a lock".

Tap a clue to highlight its word, type one letter and press Enter, then repeat until the word is filled. Erase removes a letter. A finished word that is wrong costs one heart and clears the word. Hint spends 100 coins to reveal a letter. A progress bar with three stars shows how many words you have solved.

Clearing a stage awards 300 coins and unlocks the next of 20 stages. You can reopen solved stages, and your progress is saved in the browser.

It suits players who like short everyday-vocabulary puzzles in English or Korean. It is free to play with no sign-in.
